Account deletion
Delete your account, and everything with it.
You can do this yourself from the app in under a minute. It deletes everything, immediately, and it cannot be undone.
From the app
- Sign in at app.untimer.com.
- Open Settings, and scroll to Your account at the bottom.
- If you want a copy first, choose Download my data. One JSON file, everything you recorded.
- Choose Delete my account, type the word delete to confirm, and choose Delete everything.
You are signed out, and the account is gone. The same steps will apply in the Android app when it ships.
What is deleted
Everything. Your account and email address, every session, every note, your settings, your daily totals and your milestones are removed the moment you confirm. Untimer keeps no copy and runs on a hosting tier with no automatic backups, so there is nothing to restore from. Deletion is final.
What is kept
Nothing that identifies you. The hosting provider's ordinary server logs, which contain IP addresses and request times and no account data, expire on their own schedule and are not something Untimer reads.
If you cannot sign in
Write to privacy@untimer.com from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my Untimer account". A person will confirm it is you, delete the account, and reply to say it is done, normally within a few days and never more than thirty.
Retention period
There is none. Deletion happens at the moment of the request. There is no waiting period and no deactivated state first. If you want it back afterwards, it is gone.
