Help with Untimer.
Untimer is made by one person, and that is who answers. Replies sometimes take a day.
Write to
support@untimer.com for anything about using Untimer, something that looks wrong, or a sentence in the app that felt bad to read after a bad day. That last one counts as a bug and it will be rewritten.
privacy@untimer.com for anything about your data, including deletion if you can no longer sign in.
Worth including
- The browser you use, and whether the app is installed or in a tab.
- What you expected, and what happened instead. The time it happened helps, because every session is recorded with one.
- Whether you had the app open on more than one device at the time.
Never include your password. Nobody at Untimer will ever ask for it.
Things you can do without asking
- Your session looks wrong after a refresh. Open it once more. The app asks the server what is true every time the tab becomes visible. If it still looks wrong, write in with the time.
- The set count has drifted. Under the glass, choose "Where are you really?" and say. The correction is momentary; the next long break starts the set again.
- Nothing sounded after a refresh. A browser will not make a sound until you have touched the page at least once since it loaded. Click anywhere, and the next one is exact.
- You want everything you recorded. Settings, then Download my data.
- You want to leave. Delete your account, from Settings.
If it is bigger than a timer
Untimer is a timer, and the person behind it is a software maker. If you need clinical help, please see a clinician.
